About the Recipe
Using the earthy warm spicy notes of Marala 41, we move this traditionally know Gin Fizz to the next level, by not only using a new and delicious spirit base , but also making it vegan.
It's vegan because you uses aquafaba (chickpea juice) instead of egg white. It will froth up a treat!
60ml Marala 41
20ml lemon juice
15ml maple syrup or sugar syrup
Ice for shaker and rocks glass
Add Marala 41, lemon juice, syrup, aquafaba and ice into a shaker, add shake, shake, shake until it becomes beautiful and foamy. Probably around 45 seconds to 1 minute.
Strain into a chilled rocks glass
Add ice cubes and top up with soda water. Garnish with a lemon twist or slice.
