Cocktails 41

Don't underestimate the simplicity of this drink. It's refreshingly hydrating, low calorie and delicious. Make no mistake, that if you are after a traditional cocktail, this won't tick the box, but if you want something clean, lasting and a chance to appreciate the spirit. Fix yourself one of these!

Using the earthy warm spicy notes of Marala 41, we move this traditionally know Gin Fizz to the next level, by not only using a new and delicious spirit base , but also making it vegan.
It's vegan because you uses aquafaba (chickpea juice) instead of egg white. It will froth up a treat!

There is little doubt to why the Negroni cocktail is a classic. Over the last 100 years there has been many variations (including Negroni 41) on this delicious drink, but the consistent ingredient is that of the bold flavour of Campari.

Shaken not stirred. Unfortunately, James Bond ruined this one. Stirring alcohol forward cocktails (like a Manhattan and Old Fashioned) gives the drink that silky mouth feel, whereas shaking bruises the alcohol. Ow! There have been many a twist on this fabulous alcohol laden cocktail. Marala 41 adds a perfect earthy spice to the list of variations.

The espresso martini is a relative new comer compared to the some of the other super well known cocktails on the circuit. It is believed to be created in the early 1980s by British London bartender, Dick Bradsel. Rumour goes that the famous model Kate Moss walked in to the Soho Brasserie and asked Bradsel to make her a drink that would 'wake me up'. Not just a pretty face then!!
