About the Recipe
60ml Marala Tropical
2 tsp Gomme (sugar) syrup or 1 tsp granulated sugar
1 to 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
2 tsp water
Garnish: Orange or mango peel
Add sugar, bitters and water in a rocks glass. Mix until sugar is dissolved, if using granulated.
Then fill the glass with ice, pour in the Marala Tropical and stir well for a minute or two.
Garnish with a twist of orange or mango peel.
